EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Chris Kirby is a retired Chief Master Sergeant with a combined 40 years of experience in the Air Force and commercial industry in Intelligence, Missile Warning, Space Surveillance, Operational Test, System Integration, Maintenance and Instrumented Training Systems. Mr. Kirby is a seasoned Program Manager and Business Development /Capture Manager with experience on $500M+ proposals. Chris’ breadth of experience includes Operations Manager of multiple contracts simultaneously including multinationals, Engineering and Services Manager and Test Director. His experience includes management of staff under collective bargaining agreements. Mr. Kirby has a Master of Science degree, Computer Information Systems. Certifications include DAU Acquisition Logistics Certification and Raytheon certifications in Program Management, Earned Value Management System and Six Sigma.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Zach Pike is a Professionally Licensed Engineer with nearly 20 years’ experience in design, project planning, system integration and project Management. Mr. Pike has led and supported various intelligence platforms, electrical generation and distribution installations, data center and facility upgrade designs (including electrical, lighting, control systems, and mechanical) from initial design through final installation and customer training. Mr. Pike has managed hundreds of personnel during large projects and has managed multiple $10M+ projects simultaneously. Mr. Pike is also an accomplished and innovative Program Leader, with extensive experience in operations, business development, capture/proposal management and program execution. Mr. Pike has a proven track record in leading large, diverse teams and organizations to accomplish technically complex projects under constrained schedules – always on budget and always with outstanding customer satisfaction. Mr. Pike is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, CO with an emphasis Electrical Power Systems Engineering.
